Our Board

PFLAG of NWA is directed by a board elected by its membership in September of each year. This board and interested members meet monthly to manage the operations of the organization. If you are interested in joining our board, the first step is to become a member.  You must be active with our support group meetings  so you can have an opportunity to get to know existing board members and organizational operations.  Board member nominations are made by existing board members & elected by its membership.  Membership is not required to participate in PFLAG events but it is required for voting and operational participation.  If you are an active participant with PFLAG NWA and membership cost is a hardship, please let any of our board members know and we will see if a scholarship can be made available to you.
